Fillout & Zite
Forms and scheduling (Fillout) plus fast site building (Zite). One company makes both, and they work well together.
We use Fillout for intake, qualification, and discovery-call booking, and Zite for quick on-brand front-ends. Then we wire submissions straight into the CRM and automations so a lead becomes action instead of a row in a spreadsheet. It's what our own booking flow runs on.
Fathom
An AI meeting recorder and notetaker that captures calls, transcribes them, and writes the summary and action items automatically.
The easiest meeting recorder we've used. It just works, and there's a free tier. We lean on it so discovery and client calls turn into searchable notes and follow-ups without anyone typing them up. The recovered admin time alone pays for it.
Notion
Everything above plugs into a Notion operating system, the single source of truth we design for clients. Notion is the base everything else sits on. If you want that built and run for you, that's what we do.
