We use Fillout for intake, qualification, and discovery-call booking, and Zite for quick on-brand front-ends — then wire submissions straight into the CRM and automations so a lead becomes action instead of a row in a spreadsheet. It's what our own booking flow runs on.

An AI meeting recorder and notetaker that captures calls, transcribes them, and writes the summary and action items automatically.
The easiest meeting recorder we've used — it just works, free tier included. We lean on it so discovery and client calls turn into searchable notes and follow-ups without anyone typing them up. The recovered admin time alone pays for it.
