The paid AI Systems Diagnostic is where we closely review your workflows, tools, data, risks, team, and current numbers before making a formal recommendation.

What do we receive from the AI Systems Diagnostic?

You receive a map of how work happens today, your starting numbers, the main problems and opportunities, a realistic estimate of the value, and a prioritized 90-day action plan. We may recommend a project, monthly partnership, work your own team can handle, or no paid engagement at all.

What does the monthly partnership actually buy?
