Notion AI Training
Notion AI training that gets your team using agents on real work.
We teach your team to use Notion AI, Notion Agent, Custom Agents, and Notion MCP on your own workspace and your own processes, not a demo. And we show them how to build the systems those tools depend on.
Start with a training call
Tell us what your team uses Notion for today.
We'll suggest which AI features are worth learning first for your team, and how many sessions that takes.
What the review produces
- The AI features worth your team's time
- A session plan by role
- Anything in the workspace to fix first
Notion AI is only as good as the workspace it reads.
Most teams turn on Notion AI, try a few prompts, and decide it's a nicer search bar. The problem is rarely the AI. It's that the workspace underneath is a pile of pages with no structure, so the answers are vague and the agents have nothing reliable to work from.
Notion now ships a lot of AI: Notion Agent for multi-step work inside the workspace, Custom Agents that run on a schedule or a trigger, AI Meeting Notes, Enterprise Search, and a hosted MCP server that lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other tools read and write your pages. Each one needs a little judgment to use well: what to hand off, what to check, and what it costs.
Our training covers both halves. Your team learns the AI features on their real work, and learns how to structure databases and pages so the AI has something solid to work with. They leave able to build and adjust their own systems without calling us.
What's included
What the training covers
Notion AI for everyday work
Drafting, summarizing, asking questions across the workspace, and AI Meeting Notes, taught on the documents and meetings your team already has.
Notion Agent
Handing multi-step work to the agent: building pages and databases, updating many records at once, and checking its work before you trust it.
Custom Agents
Designing agents that run on a schedule or trigger, writing their instructions, keeping their access narrow, and budgeting the Notion credits they use.
Notion MCP with Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor
Connecting AI tools to Notion through Notion's hosted MCP server, what they can and can't do, and how to keep permissions sensible.
Building your own systems
Databases, relations, templates, and views explained well enough that your team can build and change their own workflows after we leave.
A team playbook
A written guide to which AI tasks your team uses, the prompts and agent instructions that work, and what a human always checks.
How it works
How the training works
Look at how you work
We review your workspace and ask the team where time goes, so the training covers the work you do every week.
Fix what the AI needs
If the structure underneath is weak, we tidy the databases and pages the training will use first. Otherwise the agents won't have much to work with.
Train on real work
Live, role-based sessions where people use Notion AI, agents, and MCP on their own tasks. Every session is recorded.
Leave a playbook
We write down what worked, so new hires learn the same way and the team keeps improving it.
Fit
Know the boundary before you book
A clear non-fit is more useful than forcing the wrong engagement.
A strong fit when
- Your team already works in Notion
- AI is switched on but rarely used well
- You want people to build their own systems, not depend on a consultant
Not the right scope when
- You want us to build custom agents or integrations for you. That's AI agent setup, scoped separately.
- You're not on Notion yet. Start with implementation.
- You need a generic AI course unrelated to your work
Outcomes
What changes afterwards
- A team that uses Notion AI every day, not once
- Agents with clear jobs, narrow access, and a human check
- Claude or ChatGPT reading your Notion through MCP, safely
- People who can build their own Notion systems
Who it's for
Teams on Notion's Business or Enterprise plans that have AI switched on but aren't getting much out of it, and founders or operators who want to learn agents and MCP properly.
