Notion Support & Maintenance

Notion support and maintenance for the workspace your team already runs on.

Notion's own help desk covers the product. We cover your workspace: the broken relations, permission gaps, slow databases, stale automations, and new requests that pile up after launch — whoever built it.

Start with a support review

Bring the workspace and the list of what keeps breaking.

We'll sort your open issues into quick fixes, structural problems, and requests that need an owner, then recommend one working session or an ongoing partnership — whichever the workload actually justifies.

What the review produces

  • Open issues sorted by urgency and cause
  • Fixes that fit inside one working session
  • A recommendation: one-off help or ongoing support

Workspaces don't break all at once. They drift.

Notion support from Notionalize means an outside specialist who maintains and improves your specific workspace: fixing what broke, answering admin questions, extending databases safely, and keeping automations and permissions in line with how the team works now. It is not Notion's product support and not 24/7 IT help — it is ownership of the system you depend on.

Most workspaces degrade quietly. Someone duplicates a database instead of adding a view. A formula breaks after a property rename. A Make or Zapier flow fails silently for two weeks. A contractor leaves with admin rights. Six months later nobody trusts the numbers and the team is back in spreadsheets.

You have two ways to get help. A business working session fixes one bounded problem. A monthly partnership gives you ongoing advice, a set amount of hands-on building, and one person responsible for keeping the workspace healthy.

What's included

What ongoing Notion support covers

Fixes and troubleshooting

Broken relations, rollups, formulas, filtered views, and templates diagnosed and repaired at the cause.

Permissions and access reviews

Teamspaces, guests, shared pages, and admin rights checked against who should actually see what.

Database extensions and cleanup

New properties, views, and databases added without breaking the model; duplicates merged and archived.

Automation upkeep

Notion automations, buttons, Make, n8n, and Zapier flows monitored, repaired, and updated when a process changes.

Admin questions and office hours

A specialist your internal owner can ask before making a structural change.

SOP and onboarding updates

Documentation and walkthroughs kept current so new hires learn the workspace as it is today.

How it works

Review, stabilize, maintain, improve

01

Review

We look at the workspace, the tools connected to it, and the open issues, then separate quick fixes from structural problems.

02

Stabilize

We fix what is broken first: data integrity, permissions, and failing automations. The team can trust the workspace again before we add anything.

03

Maintain

Recurring requests are prioritized each month with a clear definition of done, so support does not become an endless queue.

04

Improve

We report on adoption and reliability and decide what to improve next — or recommend handing it fully to your internal owner.

Fit

Know the boundary before you book

A clear non-fit is more useful than forcing the wrong engagement.

A strong fit when

  • Notion is already central to how your team works
  • Issues and requests keep coming but nobody owns the workspace
  • Automations or integrations fail and you find out late

Not the right scope when

  • You need help using a Notion feature — Notion's own help center and support team handle product questions
  • You need device, network, or 24/7 IT support
  • The workspace needs a full rebuild — that is a setup project, not support

Outcomes

What good support makes true

  • A workspace the team trusts again
  • Automations that are watched, not forgotten
  • Access that matches who should see what
  • An internal owner who knows when to escalate

Who it's for

Teams that already run on Notion — built by us, by another consultant, or in-house — and need a specialist to keep it healthy without hiring a full-time Notion admin.

FAQ

Questions about Notion support

Is this the same as Notion's customer support?
No. Notion's support team helps with the product itself: billing, bugs, and how a feature works. Notionalize supports your specific workspace: its data model, permissions, automations, and the processes built on it. For a product bug, contact Notion. For a workspace your team has stopped trusting, contact a specialist.
How much does Notion support cost?
A business working session is $250/hr and fits one bounded problem, such as fixing a broken relation, reviewing permissions, or redesigning one database. Ongoing support runs through the AI Systems Partnership from $2k/month, with a three-month initial term and month-to-month after that.
Can you support a workspace someone else built?
Yes. Most support engagements start with a workspace we did not build. The first step is a review so we understand the model before we change it, and we'll tell you if part of it should be rebuilt rather than patched.
Do you offer 24/7 or emergency support?
No. This is business-hours specialist support with agreed priorities, not an on-call IT desk. If a failure blocks the team, it moves to the top of the monthly priorities.
Do you also maintain the automations connected to Notion?
Yes. Notion automations, buttons, Make, n8n, Zapier, and custom Notion API integrations are part of support. We build on the official Notion API.
When should we hire a Notion admin instead?
When workspace changes are a full-time job. For most teams under roughly 50 people, the workload is a few hours a week, which is why an outside partner plus a trained internal owner usually costs less than a new hire.

Stop letting the workspace drift.

Book a support review. We'll tell you whether one working session is enough or whether ongoing ownership is worth it.
